It is a validation. 📈 What's New in the Second Edition Since the first edition in April 2026, the evidence base has more than quadrupled — from 1,796 to 7,899 documents, drawn from 350+ signatories reporting across more than 2,700 distinct locations in roughly 50 countries. When a body of testimony quadruples in size, coincidental or spurious patterns normally dissolve into noise. That is a larger population than Denmark, Singapore, or Libya. Mortality: Community and researcher estimates suggest up to 9 in 10 targeted individuals ultimately die as a result of their targeting, primarily through induced suicide, over an average targeting duration of roughly a decade. Cumulative deaths over three decades are estimated at 15 to 50 million — as high as ~2,000 per day at conservative estimates. These are unverified community-derived allegations, not confirmed counts — the report is explicit about this and treats independent verification as one of its central demands. Consistency, not proof of cause: The report is careful to state that a stable, self-selected corpus can itself produce consistency. What quadrupling the dataset demonstrated is that the pattern is real, robust, and reproducible under scale — not that any single cause is proven. That distinction is exactly why the report's central ask is independent, testable investigation, not acceptance on faith. Abuse, not pathology: The diversity and internal coherence of V2K (voice-to-skull) testimony, and its geographic convergence across unconnected reporters, is argued to be inconsistent with a single psychiatric explanation and consistent with a deliberate, organized method of conditioning and coercion.
